Management Board

Bas Bollen is passionate about connecting people and businesses globally. Sharing his 25 years’ experience in Silicones and Silanes in multiple industries.

Dutch national, based in Singapore since 2008. With a degree in Chemical Engineering and Export Marketing Management able to combine chemical and commercial challenges.

Committed together with a team of strong professionals to make AToro a respected formulator in the Silicone and Silane industry.

Rob Houben is a seasoned technical manager and R&D Chemist with over 25 years of experience in the silicones industry.

He is experienced in building up and growing new technical departments. Rob is a successful product developer who developed siloxane emulsions, antifoams, synthesis of specialty siloxanes, organofunctional siloxanes, lubricant additives and chemicals.

He is also experienced in regulatory compliance, QA/QC, plant commissioning, engineering, and tech service/ application advice and has a degree in Chemistry.

As an experienced veteran and ambitious sales professional Redouane has worked in different positions and different sectors in the chemical industry over the last 20 years.

Starting in petrochemical and moving to flame retardants for polymers and plastics both laid the layers of understanding market mechanics. As both markets were excellent learning grounds, it wasn’t until Redouane discovered the dynamic and unique world of silicones and silanes that sparked the magic and created utterly love for these products.

This passion has been lasting for over 15 years and counting, even to this day. Redouane has covered different roles in Sales, marketing and purchase and is proud to join AToro and take place in its’ board as General Manager EMEA and fulfilling the role of Global Sales Director.
