Dimethicones are a series of silicone fluids with various viscosities and of excellent purity. They are chemically known as polydimethylsiloxane and have unique properties that provide many benefits:

- Excellent water repellency

Vinyl Polymers

Vinyl Polymers are vinyl-terminated dimethylpolysiloxanes that are available in a range of viscosities and vinyl contents. They can be used as base polymers or as blend polymers in order to create the desired elastomer properties.
Vinyl MQ-Resins
Vinyl MQ-Resins are power boosters for the improvement of mechanical properties of addition cured silicone elastomers. AToro can custom formulate the vinyl content and viscosity upon customer request.
Crosslinkers & Chain extenders
AToro crosslinkers are hydrogen functional and used to crosslink vinyl functional silicone polymers. AToro chain extenders are used to reduce viscosity of vinyl functional elastomers and improve mechanical properties.
Gum Blends
AToro Gum blends consist of an ultra high viscosity polysiloxane in a low viscosity dimethicone fluid or cyclosiloxane for use in skincare, suncare, and color cosmetic applications. AToro can custom formulate the viscosity and gum content upon customer request.
Specialties Personal Care
Silicone performance boosters for personal care formulations. The range consists of Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Trimethylsiloxysilicate-blends, Phenyltrimethicone, Caprylylmethicone and Silicone Polyether Copolyols.
Cyclics
AToro Cyclics are volatile low viscosity cyclosiloxane fluids for use in skincare, suncare, color cosmetics, hair care, and antiperspirant / deodorant applications. They can also be used as raw material for silicone synthesis.
Silicone Gum
AToro silicone gums are ultra-high molecular weight silicone polymers that can be used in a wide variety of applications. Elastomer formulation, personal care blends, additive in formulations to boost properties and base for masterbatch formulation.
OH Polymers
AToro OH Polymers are a range of silanol functional fluids with various viscosities and silanol contents. The low viscosities 40 and 70 can be used for the treatment of fillers and as Anti-Structuring additives in high consistency silicone rubber or as inhibitor in Room Temperature Vulcanizing (RTV-2) formulations. The higher viscosities 750 and up can be used as base polymer in elastomer formulation of RTV-1 and RTV-2.
